Sometimes, the simple solution is the best. This was the case, when Mark started by jumping over to Flickr.com and downloaded 900 beautiful photos of San Francisco at night. Simple fades revealed imagery that was composited into a slow moving cloud background reminiscent of the bay's famous foggy nights. To add a little mood to the solution the whole image was slightly tinted in a color scheme that transforms 360 degrees through the color spectrum.
