After a successful release of their latest albumn "Songs from the Sparkle Lounge", the band decided they wanted to begin to promote a new single from that Albumn. Def Leppard's tour video director Jonathan Beswick, once again called on Mark to create something for a song titled "C'mon C'mon" The only restriction was that they wanted to visuals to be based on the albumn cover art.

Mark presented the idea of taking all the people in the audience members, send them back to thier indivual homes, and have them C'mon C'mon to the theatre.

The idea so so well received it was the used as the inspiration for the MTV music video.
